about me.
Founder & CEO @ Cyphera · Software Engineer · ICT @ University of Prishtina.
Study platforms, learning management systems, and open-source tools that reach thousands of students. My approach is simple: take on challenging projects, learn whatever needs to be learned, and ship results.
I founded Cyphera in June 2025 to do that work properly: web platforms and internal products for small and medium businesses, from architectural scoping through to the final interactive polish. Three of those platforms are live in production today.
Alongside the company I study ICT at the University of Prishtina, with an Erasmus+ semester at Saxion in the Netherlands researching polarization in online discourse, and a published MIPRO paper on AI-based prediction of low-frequency magnetic field exposure. Cybersecurity is the other half of my training — six months of penetration testing, incident response, and forensics through the Girls in Cybersecurity program.
I also run Hack&Stack, a community of 130+ developers built around project collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Software and web development company building digital products for small and medium businesses.
- Founded and lead a software company delivering web platforms and internal products end to end — product direction, client scoping, architecture, and release.
- Ship client work across three live platforms in production (Atheneum, Literas, E-Studenti), covering education, learning management, and open-source study tooling.
- Own the full delivery cycle: technical scoping, pricing, engineering, and post-launch support, keeping design quality and performance non-negotiable.
Founder & Community LeadHack&Stack (HNS)
Developer community built around project collaboration, knowledge sharing, and networking.
- Grew a developer community to 130+ active members through recurring build sessions and project collaborations.
- Curate programming and pair engineers with real projects, turning a meetup into a working collaboration network.
Web Developer & Social Media ManagerKopertina
Full-stack e-commerce build for an independent bookstore.
- Built a full-stack library e-commerce platform with a searchable book catalog database, automated invoicing, and transactional email workflows.
- Cut manual order handling by automating invoice generation and customer email sequences end to end.
- Ran the social media content calendar and campaigns, growing the store's online presence alongside the platform launch.
